The texture is smooth and not gritty, and it has a clean white color without any artificial look. It feels gentle on my teeth and gums while still strong enough to provide a deep clean. My sensitivity has noticeably improved since I started using it, and I no longer feel discomfort with hot or cold drinks. The quality is excellent—every squeeze feels consistent and reliable. While I haven’t noticed any whitening effect (so if you’re looking for that, this may not be the one), for sensitivity relief and overall strength, it can’t be beat. Used to use Crest but decided to give this brand a try since I started having some sensitivity issues & would sometimes have trouble handling my annual cleaning at the dentist & one of the dental assistants recommended this. After about a year of use my sensitivity to sugar, cold & heat has reduced significantly & after my most recent annual dental cleaning my gums & teeth feel less tender almost as if I didn't even have a cleaning.
