This has been great for potty training. The adjustable height and step ladder make it easy for kids to climb up independently. This has helped build up confidence. They feel they can do it on their own and of course the end goal would be that. It has an anti slip design which gives me peace of mind. It feels sturdy and secure. I can’t say if it’s comfortable since I obviously have not sat on it, but there has not been any complaints about the comfort. It has a seat that is pretty well cushioned. This potty seat was exceptionally designed to grow with children as they potty train. It starts on the floor for smallest learners and then transitions into a child-friendly seat on the toilet when they’re ready for that. Keeping the same, familiar seat is a great way to make that transition feel less scary. They can even start with the potty bowl in the seat to begin with when they start using it on the toilet. The bowl is easy to remove, empty and sanitize. The training seat feels sturdy and stable. I like that there even handles to assist with climbing and getting seated, that gives me peace of mind to allow some independence. The steps have good traction. When not in use, it can be folded up to allow adults to use the toilet. That also makes it convenient for travel. This is such a fantastic idea as we first used it to get our daughter used to using the potty when we could use it in the floor. Once she got used to using it we moved it to be over the toilet and the transition was so easy. The unit itself was easy to put together and although lightweight enough to move around where needed it’s strong and sturdy enough for her to climb up the ladder etc. Like that it’s made of plastic as it’s easy to empty and clean and the lilac and white design is really pretty. At first my kid loved the idea of having their own toilet but after watching their siblings not use or take an interest in their toilet, they wanted to start using the "big" toilet. The whole setup to go from their own toilet to using this on our toilet was really easy. Obviously when anyone in my house wants to use the toilet, we just move it out of the way. It is really easy for my kid to climb up and use it. While there have been a few misses and messes on the toilet, the whole thing is so easy to clean. I have even had to put this in our tub to clean and it wasn't that heavy, even fit in our tub with no issues. While its still a work in progress, toilet training, this had made it so much easier to slide out of the way putting it back on. Read more
