Works great in my room. Heater works as intended. Haven’t tried the ac yet. The only thing that I had finally gotten use to, it makes 3 loud chimes when it automatically comes on. It was annoying in the beginning but I’m use to it now. Noise level is great, easy to install. Read more

This portable air conditioner is so easy to use. I set this up in my workshop to keep the space cool while I’m in there. It can install in pretty much any window, even those tiny raised ones in garages, which is why I got it. The main unit sits on the floor and there is an expandable insert that will fit most windows, which connects to the unit’s warm air exhaust by a large, flexible hose. So simple to use compared to window units. I don’t have to worry about damage to the window, or finding a way to make a heavy unit like that secure. Anyhow, I don’t use the space all the time so I mostly just run this while I’m in there. I’m impressed by how quickly it cools off the space. It’s a good size unit for a garage and makes the area so much more enjoyable to use in the summer months. When I have friends over to work or hang out, we can actually be comfortable finally. We already have a Serene Life SLACHT108 that I purchased in 2021 that is still working great. But it was at my sons house. When my ac went out I searched for this brand specifically and was excited to see this smaller model that should have been more than enough power for what I needed in a smaller space. It however was not anywhere near what I expected from the brand. The temperature control was off by almost 7 degrees on both heat and cooling. So it would shut off way before it was supposed to. And it as the day heated up so did the air blowing out of it. It lasted 6 weeks before it stopped cooling altogether and is currently on its way back to Amazon. I have gotten the Serene life SLACHT108 back from my son for now and am currently cold on a hot day. I definitely recommend the brand but this model was not worth the money and was not much less than the SLACHT108. Read more

Currently using in my husband’s office to help provide air conditioning. It runs quite quiet so doesn’t interfere with his video calls and he likes the fact it can also operate as a dehumidifier as well as an A/C unit. Easy to operate and set your desired temperatures and at times he also just uses the fan option to help circulate fresh air.
