Portable hot stones works very well. My patients love it. I find that any temp above 155 is to hot to hold in my hand. having the ability to warm it up in the car is amazing. fyi When you plug it into the car lighter The digital temperature gauge does not turn on but the heating plate is heating up. The reason for only 4 stars is Because of no written directions about this and customer service from serene life never got back to me Read more
