I’m so happy I got this vibration board. Its been tough to stay in shape since the gyms closed down so I’ve had to exercise at home. This nifty little machine has become a daily “go to” for me. Its so easy! That’s the best part. You just stand on it and use the convenient little remote to select your workout. (You can pick your workout directly on the board itself but I like to do it this way). There are 16 different speeds to choose from. The resistance bands work your arms while the vibration mode help tone your legs, rear, and abs. I feel sore in those areas when I’ve used this a while. Simplest, no stress workout I’ve ever done. My normal method is to use this while watching my favorite TV show. Then the workout is done before I know it. Its got rolling wheels and a carrying handle, similar to what you’d see on a suitcase. I'm so glad I purchased this product. This vibrating platform is pretty amazing and did what it should do. It’s a fun excise machine which make you burn extra fat.This is a great product! The media could not be loaded. Worked great was super quiet. And this morning it started making this awful noise whether standing on or off of it. Not shaking properly either feels like balls in side rubbing and rolling all around. Shake not a strong. I logged on Amazon and guess what my window to replace/Return closed yesterday. The machine has 3 different programs, but the user manual provided has no information on how to use or what those programs are for. I went to the website provided and, again, no information or guidance on how to use the machine. I have osteopenia and was planning to use this machine to help in that area. It would be nice if there was someway to contact this company to get this information. Read more
