Very durable bands.
I got the 37" ones since I'm not that tall and they are perfect. They work well. The only thing a little off is the powdery coating on them that I had so wash and "scrub" off. Otherwise all is good. Very easy to travel with. Read more
very strong band
so i don't know what happened but i was not expecting this band to be so strong , i barely was able to stretch it for a lats exercise , you should be well prepared for this kind of strength and know for what it will be used Read more
Good first impression, but...
I just got my set of bands. They seem to be high quality and just what I expected. However, what is that powdered layer they come with? What are you suposed to do with it? How do you was it away? I see a lot of comments and questions about it , people being allergic reactions to it, but no support from SSF. Read more
Resistance beyond expectations
These bands are top-notch and the resistance with the 37" length is phenomenal. They have quickly become my go to bands, and am now using them for 75% of my exercises (only use resistance bands). Just. like another person mentioned, i wasn't expecting this level of resistance, but it's perfect for my 30/10/30 workouts, which I highly recommend for training. Read more
Excellent quality and weight resistance accuracy
Very good quality bands. You can see the different weights of resistance when pulling on a band from a chart at the serious steel website. I used a hanging scale to check if they matched and they're very accurate. Having a full set lets me develop muscles at weights they can handle and it costs way less than free weights. Paired with a platform, these are a great way to exercise. Read more
Great bands! Perfect length!
I've purchased a handful of resistance bands over the past few years and these are by far the best. They have a very consistent stretch throughout movements, which not all other brands do. I purchased the full 6-band pack as well as the yellow #6 and all are great. I'm 5'7 and the 37" bands are the perfect length for most exercises. Read more
