SeSe Code Womens Casual Zip Up Front Lightweight Fleece Vest with Pockets

Purchased Black, L. Tried the Black Medium first - which matched my measurements well I thought. But returned it - too snug to wear much of anything under it. Maybe a compression shirt. But armholes especially were a little constricting. I am approx 5 foot 7.5 inches tall, usually size 10-12, depending on manufacturer, weight between 150 - 155 lbs (normally 145 but recovering from injury this last year+). Used to being a slim Medium, with long flowing lines to my clothing, but now need compression clothing for brain injury related nervous system issues, and with a little extra weight on me - I like to disguise it if possible :-). This worked. Settled on the Black Large - it's just right. Enough room to wear a camisole and long sleeve T shirt+compression under shirt if needed, but still a flattering shape. Not boxy. Length is perfect, slightly below hips, smooths figure, and the zip up to a turtle neck height is also perfect - for avoiding draft, warming the neck for short-coiffed hair styles. Over all very happy with it. Will likely order in another color as well. Great for at home and out and about. Wearing it mostly over black leggings with long black camisole underneath a long sleeve black T, to extend the appearance of length to mid-thigh - streamline the look. With ankle boots, or knee highs or sheepskin Uggs - and, if needed or wanted for a slightly more dressy look,, a warm wool, paisley shawl in rich varied browns -- very stylish, so I'm told, and slimming! Makes me look and feel more athletic and graceful than I am actually able to be at this time - a real booster for me! ;-) yay. Read more

I have this exact same vest in the same size purchased three years ago. I don't know what happened to the quality but the sizing is way off and the material is much thinner than the old product. So sad. I really like the cut of these vests but they seem so cheaply made and hardly worth the money. Maybe if they were $15 that would make them a better deal. Read more

The vest is very good quality with a nice longer length than a lot of fleece vests and the weight is good, not too heavy and not too light. It was sent in vacuum packaging though and I thought I would have to return it because it was so heavily wrinkled I didn’t think I would be able to get them out. After washing and ironing with heavy steam with a cloth between the iron and fabric most of the wrinkles did come out. The fleece being black though helps make them less noticeable too. Read more

I am about 5'4 inches tall and 120 lbs. The medium fits fine. The color is supposed to be green but it's a very gray green. I wish it were more green. It comes shrink wrapped. When you take it out of the wrinkled tightly plastic, it looks awful. Another review suggested the wrinkles won't come out, but I put it right in the dryer out of the package (dry) with a towel on medium heat and after a while, it looked just fine. All the smooshed wrinkles were gone. On another note, there is not a single tag in it. No fabric information. No care or washing information. I found that to be very odd. I needed something to keep me warm during the winter months indoors. I have a heavier fleece vest that I really like but it's a bit too bulky to wear inside my house all day. When I saw this one, I knew it was just the thing I needed. It isn't bulky but it does keep me cozy. I really like that when it's zipped up, it hugs my curves rather than looking boxy. So, it's very flattering. It's so light I forget I have it on. I wear it over my long-sleeved tops to add another layer of warmth. I bought it in black, so it goes with anything I wear. This is exactly what I was looking for! It's a relatively thin fleece, hits below hip, color is exactly as pictured. I got the green and it's very muted gray-green, a nice cool color. The zipper is great quality, very smooth and not noisy. I love that there's no chemical odor upon opening, like with some other synthetic garments. I ordered my usual size XXL. It's actually a bit roomy, which is perfect for the style I was going for - definitely no squishing. My bust is 50". I think this could comfortably fit even 52", but it doesn't feel oversized. The pockets are nice and deep. I especially love that the collar lays flat, and doesn't rub against my neck (unless fully zipped). This is a great value! I will purchase more colors for sure.
