Pros: Straight forward installation Includes directions and necessary pieces Looks good in our bathroom Cons: Metal screw holding hook to wall doesn’t sit flush. It is usually covered by a towel but still. Included tool to tighten screw takes patience as the hole is small and no matter which way you hold the tool you can at most get a half turn before having to remove and readjust. This was the longest and most tedious part of installation. Hook isn’t made of a thick metal but it seems like it will hold up and do the job. We bought the four pack but only needed one so not biggie if we have to replace it in the future. The style works well in our space and despite the cons I’d probably buy again. Read more
