Very easy to assemble, took me about an hour by myself. Bed is very sturdy and seems to be made with well quality materials for the price. Bed frame seems longer than a standard twin mattress on it, but that isn't a big deal for us. I sleep in a twin bed and I was ready for a new bed frame. My previous frame needed wooden slats to support the boxspring and mattress, and the slats were always fallen on the floor. I chose this one due to the reviews, and I feel I made a good choice. It was delivered today, and the box was much smaller than I anticipated, a bit heavy. I laid all the parts out in my living room. I followed the instructions page by page, each part is numbered, which made it so simple to put together. About 2 hours later (I did take my time), my new bed frame is built. My 13 inch Serta memory foam mattress fits perfect. I do wish the edge around the frame was a little bit taller to keep the mattress from sliding off either side, (that’s why 4 star) but other than that, I’m finding this frame is nice, it feels sturdy, and it looks good in my room. I am very satisfied so far. Tonight will be the first night I’ve slept on it, but I think I’ll get a good nights sleep. I really like the LED lights and all the different colors and patterns, and I like the charging ports. I got this for my 13 yo granddaughter, and she loves it . It is extremely stable, and solid. My daughter put it together, alone, in a few hours. The lights are cool..she loved that feature! I couldn't find a headboard I liked, so I just got one for myself as well! It feels much sturdier than my previous bed frame and I like the shelves. It looks very nice and does not look or feel cheap. There is lots of space under the frame for storage. I absolutely love it and cannot believe the great price. I'm impressed and certainly recommend this bed. It is not quite as high as my former frame, but I'm fine with it. Read more
instructions were very thorough and easy to understand, just take it slow and check at least several times that you're assembling per instructions, that parts are facing the correct way and you understand the orientation of what you're piecing together. the one caveat is to make sure when you're tightening the screws that the pieces are snug together, otherwise you'll end up with gaps that look obvious. strongly urge that you do not tighten each screw as you go along, but wait until the instructions tell you to tighten. tighten screws until there is just a slight amount of play but keeping things in place. not enough can result on parts flopping and falling. the headboard panels (there are four of them) can be configured to create different designs, as each piece has four diagonal seams. this is shown in the instructions, a very nice added touch. it would look like this: <<<>>>, or >>><<<, or ////\\\\, and so on. the lighting in the shelving above the headboard is very cool, different colors and the light sequencing can be customized with a switch. there is also an app that can create even more lighting configurations (probably many many more) however to be bluntly honest with this being a chinese made product i dont trust the app so i havent downloaded it nor will i. once assembled the frame is very solid and noise free. the height is very nice making getting out of bed with achy knees not a test of grit, a foot of clearance i believe so its very accommodating for under bed bins for stowage or clothing, shoes, dogs and cats, etc. the bed i ordered was a full size, quite simple to put together. using a cordless drill made it much easier. make sure if you do the same to set the torque ratio to screwdriver setting and set the torque to low, about 25-30%. also need to have the appropriate bit. includes three usb ports, one is used by the lighting, two remaining ports are a standard port and a c port. very good buy with zero complaints, and very affordable. strongly recommend!
