The fabric of the satin scarf is smooth and soft, it's easily tieable or could be used to tease with. I didn't find any loose threads or stitching. The color matches the descriptions and photos. The cuffs are on the lower quality side, i.e. NOT for weight bearing, but I found the very comfortable and very well made. The metal would likely irritate anyone with metal sensitivities. The holes for the buckles are well placed and these fit my tiny wrists and another's much larger wrists just as easily. I did find it annoying that the connecting chain does not clip on both sides, so you can't remove it, but that can easily be solved with some DIY and a trip to the hardware store.
