Okay, first of all… who gave this bikini permission to make me look this good? I was fully prepared for the usual online shopping gamble, but the second I put this on I just stood there like… oh. Oh wow. The fit? Immaculate. It hugs in all the right places and somehow understands my body better than I do. My boobs look amazing, like, gently lifted, supported, and living their best life without feeling suffocated. Truly a public service. The fabric deserves its own moment. I washed this before wearing it and the color didn’t fade at all. It has this textured, wave rib situation going on that makes it feel way more expensive than it is. Not flimsy, not bulky just that perfect in between where you feel secure but still cute and unbothered. The stretch is great too, super comfy while still holding everything together. The top is doing a lot of heavy lifting (literally and emotionally). The U wire gives shape without feeling aggressive or like an undergarment from the 1800s, the adjustable straps let you really dial in the fit. Also, removable padding because we love options! The clasp in the back is actually trustworthy, which feels rare and deserves recognition. And the bottoms? Elite. The tie sides are adjustable and actually useful, not just decorative, and they sit slightly forward on the hips which is way more flattering and less bulky. They hit high on the hips so your legs look long, like you suddenly have main character energy on a beach you didn’t even plan to dominate. Coverage is cheeky but still appropriate, like, I feel cute, but not exposed. Quick heads up: it does seem to run a little small, so do yourself a favor and size up. I ordered this quickly and chose the wrong size by mistake but it worked out in my favor. The smaller size top wouldn’t have fit me properly. Overall, this bikini is THAT girl. Ordering two-piece bathing suits that both come in the same size is always a bad gamble for me because my top half is not the same size as my bottom half, but I decided to try since the bottoms on this one tie. It did turn out like it usually does, but that’s the risk I took; I’m happy the top at least fits me, and I can wear it with other bottoms, no big deal. The bottoms are way too small for me. My measurements are: bust - 37”, waist - 30.5”, hips - 45”. I could technically wear the bottoms, they don’t squeeze me like crazy, they just don’t cover my butt very much at all. The bathing suit itself feels like very high quality material. It’s thick, and holds my mom boobs in place. I tend to struggle with triangle tops since I had a kid (since your boobs permanently turn into water balloons after having a kid), but this one is an A+, they stay in place, even when I bend over. I’m pretty sure that’s because of the gold metal piece in the middle that keeps it together further up than the typical triangle top. It’s also advertised as a push up top, and I’d say that’s accurate… I do like the way the ladies look in this top! The colors are really pretty. I do wish the underband were adjustable, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’m interested to see how the metal holds up… will report back if that fails. Overall, I’m happy with this top, and would be happy with the bottoms if my butt weren’t so big… might see if I can find someone to give the bottoms to. Read more
