I use these for walking outside during a cold, snowy and long winter. They are easy to put on and take off, and the silicone stays flexible no matter how cold it is. The rivets are narrow and provide a lot of traction, except on glare ice. However, they rust, and because they are so narrow, wear down quickly. The silicone is flexible enough that, if you don't take care to position them properly, they will work off your shoe as you walk. Great for icy conditions. Pulls on easily over shoes so not to slip on ice and snow. Not to wear in house on wood or vinyl floors. Spikes mark wood and make holes in vinyl tile or linoleum. Safety: Kept my wife from falling when we had ice, freezing rain and frozen crust over snow when taking care of her chickens. I had a different brand of cleats but they did not fit my work shoes. These fit well over the toe of my 11 1/2 wide work shoe and are secure around the heel. working on an ice rink for four hours is comfortable with these cleats. The grip on the balls of the feet and the cleats at the heel provide stability. Some cleats tend to be slippery on concrete but these remain easy to walk on while moving across cement. The rubber construction remained flexible through out and was not tight but was snug adding to the overall comfort. Read more

The sizing is off. I wear women size 8.5-9 (depending on brand) which is right in the middle of the Medium sizing so that’s what I ordered. The four spikes that should be on the heel end up so 2 spikes are on the heel and 2 are under the heel edge which makes it incredibly awkward and uncomfortable to attempt to walk in these. I tried to stretch it more but it was not possible. Very annoyed since I was counting on these to walk on the sheet of ice outside right now. Read more
