Came broken (software) but geeks cans fix it

Beautiful design sounds great ! Good price. Unit was totally defective, the software was corrupt. AI chat Gtp taught me to 1. Boot in safe mode and reset , did not work. 2. Clear cache in google play and other apps. And reboot , did not work. 3. Try to download software from Shangling but unit was constantly crashing. 4 down loaded software from Shangling website on sd card, did not work. Deleted 3 google apps including play store and download them on Shangling APKpure app. IT WORKED ! This device if shipped to you like this (not tested) is not for you if you’re not a bit of a geek .
