These spoons are big but not so big that I can't use them to shovel food into my mouth like I like to do. I like taking big bites and these spoons are just about perfect for that, for me. They make for a sturdy mixing spoon and have that soft texture everybody likes. They clean easy enough and make for a great cooking spoon as well. I like them over the popular cheap plastic spoon set that I've had and melted for the past 15 years. I think these spoons will hold up to everything I can throw at them. I wasn't sure about these spoons because I couldn't see or touch them. I didn't know how large they would be or how flimsy or sturdy they would be. I'm satisfied now that I have them. Great replacement for my hard plastic mixing spoons. These are firmer and shallower (exactly what I was looking for) than the soft silicone or deeper serving-style ones sold in local stores and work well whether I'm stirring brownie batter or spaghetti sauce. Again, the shape of the spoon part makes mixing batter and stirring sauces a breeze. My only "complaint" is that the handles could be a wee bit longer but I'm sure that once I've used them multiple times, I won't notice. Read more

I decided to try this pretty, colorful spoon set to hopefully replace my old wooden spoons. These are so much better in every way. They look nicer, they are heat resistant, I can leave them in the pot on the stove and they don't warp or melt, they are sturdy, a good size for stirring and serving, and finally they clean up very easily in the sink or top rack dishwasher. I bought these on a whim needing a new set of spoons for cookware that can't take metal. These work great. They are sturdy, don't scratch my pans, easy to clean, and I like the assorted colors. I hand wash them and don't put them in dishwasher. I dont' know if they can be put in dishwasher. I just like to hand wash them. They are my most reached for spoons, nice length, work great.
