This waist trainer omg the triple compression is crazy I got an XXL im on the first hook, it helps my posture at work i sit all day. Its not to tight like its digging in you, only down side I have a long torso so I wish the front was longer. Read more
Seems like great quality material and design. Plenty of thought went into this. There is a hook on the inside of the zipper area to help hold the zipper closer together without needing a second person to help you. A friend of mine who is really into waist trainers also approved of this choice. I found that the 3x was too big on me. I was on the innermost hook and the adjustable shoulder straps were too long despite me being 5’9” with a long torso, and 180 lbs. I am going to get the 2x version instead. I am 5'2 162-166lbs I have a 43 in waist 41 in hips and I bought a M 👌 I will admit my husband HAD to assist me with zipping it up I had to lay on the bed for the zipper part but the hook part I was able to do on my own and I'm starting on the first hook with hopes to get to the second hook. This waist shaper is Great for the price and I chose the S bones in stead of the oblique bone design because it was stronger and a more acceptable fit in my opinion. Read more

Extremely too small! Order at least two sizes up. It took a very long time to get here and then I missed the return window. Other than the size issue, it appears to be well made and quite pretty. Just make sure you order a much larger size than you think you'll need! Read more
A bit of a struggle to put in but comfortable while wearing. I wore it for 4 hours day one and it was fine. While I am hoping this will adjust my shape, I can recommend it as comfortable and everything I expected when ordered. Read more
