Serves as both a floor mat and protects your floor. One day rubber wheels will be standard for chairs, but until then this will save your floor from scratches. it runs pretty smooth and is easy to clean with the vacuum. the color is nice too and the adhesive works well. I'd say its pretty good for its price! If its anything like the last one i got, you will get several years if not more out of it. Read more

Made sure the floor was well-swept before applying and most of the adhesive stuck well. Unfortunately, the edges didn’t stick quite as well and a bit of duct seemed to get under, making the adhesive less sticky. Mostly still works, but looks a bit messy now. Easy to vacuum and serves the purpose just fine, protecting the floor and keeping the chair rolling. Read more

It is not a hard resin or wood but rather a thin (easy for chair wheels to roll) carpeted mat. It amply protects my hardwood flooring. I think a good value and certainly a good value for the price. Read more
