Easy and fast to use, lightweight
I love this steam mop - it is easy to fill, easy to clean, and lightweight. The steam heats up right away. I like the storage tray it comes with so that the wet roller isn't sitting directly on the floor after user. I replaced a clunky steamer that was a hassle to drag out, took about 5-10 minutes to be heated up for use, and had a bunch of attachments that I thought I needed but actually never used. This makes the kitchen tile cleaning much faster. Read more

Not worth it
It leaked water from the container all the way down to the rollers and flooded the base that it sits on and the rollers stayed soaking wet. It was supposed to be refurbished, but it definitely wasn’t or it’s just a defective device. There was also water in the dry pick up sections as well. It’s just not well-made. Read more
