Overall, this mop will deep clean and sanitize your floor, without harsh chemicals. The mop is easy to clean when you are done- justemptythe collection tray and rinse the brush under water until the water runs clear. It is very quiet, lightweight and maneuverable. When I received the unit, I thought they made a mistake and sent me a brand new unit instead of a refurbished unit. Mine even came with the "brochure pamphlet" on the handle. I rechecked the description and the price I paid for it to see if I had accidentally bought the new one instead. It completely exceeded my expectations for floor cleaning and value. My hubby says I am not happy unless the floor is 2 shades lighter than the factory original color. He is so right about that. This mop deep cleaned the floor, was shockingly quiet, and in my opinion, a phenomenal value, when I compare that to buying it new. The 2 additional brushes were also not present in my box, and honestly, I felt like this was such a good price, I felt guilty about contacting them, but I did. I agreed to accept their offer to credit my account for the same price (plus tax) that I would pay if I bought the brushes separately on Amazon myself. For those of you that expect nothing less than absolute perfection, please adjust your expectations. This mop is going to leave your floor slightly wetter than you would probably like, and it may not come with the 2 extra brushes, but I would still say you are getting a great product at half the price of a new one. First time buying a refurbished appliance. Looks brand new. Doesn’t come with three roller brushes like it shows in the picture. I’ve had a few steam mops in the past. The kind that you put a pad over the bottom. Was very hard to push that back and forth. So I love that it has a roller and glides like a light vacuum. Wish the dirty water collector was a bit bigger as well as the clean water tank. If it was also cordless this would be the perfect product. Highly recommend. I vacuum my floors before because I have cats. Then go over the floors with the steam mop. It was a fraction of the time my old steam mops took to clean. Feels like it a lot cleaner than my old steam mop. I used to procrastinate so much steam mopping because of how hard it was to push the old ones. This one I feel like I won’t hesitate to use. Cleans pet messes pretty easily. A lot quieter than I thought it’d be. This is now my new MVP in floor cleaning items. I have vinyl floors. Read more

Disappointed that I was misled that I would receive 3 brushes. I assumed from the picture on the advertisement that I would receive 3 brushes, not so! Only one brush came with the mop. The mop came with no instructions. Instructions need to be downloaded from the net. Also the paperwork that came with mop said there was only a three month warranty, whereas the ad says there is an eleven month warranty. The mop itself seems to work fairly well. Read more

I got this vacuum to replace my Tineco S3, which completely exhausted me with its constant false error alerts from its “smart” system. I’ve just cleaned my entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and I’m very happy with the switch. The Shark has a more flexible head, which makes it easier to clean hard-to-reach areas. The head is also lower in height, so it easily fit under the sofa and the bed - places the Tineco never reached. During the whole cleaning session, I only refilled the clean-water tank twice, in the beginning and closer to the end of the cleaning. Of course, cleaning with a cord isn’t as convenient as using the cordless Tineco, but that’s a minor trade-off considering the Shark’s performance. It picks up small debris just as effectively as the Tineco. But when it comes to washing the floors, it actually feels better. The steam technology cleans more thoroughly than the water-and-solution mix. And finally regarding a cleaning. It took me about a minute. My Tineco has a smart self-cleaning system, but honestly, the Shark is faster to wash even without one. Highly recommend! Read more

Just so everyone is aware, these are not renewed at all. Mine arrived absolutely filthy. There was a gigantic break in the plastic that holds the brush roll. Out of curiosity, I put water in the reservoir and turned it on—the steam function and the vacuum function don't work. So these aren't "renewed."
