I was skeptical of how good this work work, because I bought the Bissell equivalent (a wet mop/vac combo) a couple years ago and it was an absolute disaster and waste of money. Clogged up, sputtered filthy water out, was inconsistent in dispensing water and cleaner. This however did an amazing job, was super simple to use and virtually no assembly required. One limitation: it’s not designed to handle large amounts of liquid. I dropped a cup of coffee yesterday and tried mopping it up, but the liquid reservoir is pretty small. I had to wash it more than 2 times to get it clean😫 ___The steaming can help the floor kill bacteria, BUT it can affect the floor’s grout, causing damage, especially if the grout is unsealed or if high-pressure steam is used. Ok this is perfect for a very small apartment. 1. The roller is very small so it will take longer to do an area, this is why I say its perfect for small apartment. For a bigger space I would absolutely need a larger steam mop. I am in a small apartment so this was not a deal breaker. 2. Steam works, vacuum works, but its not too strong. If you have dried spaghetti sauce on the floor, it will take a little bit to get up. It just needs to be more powerful with steam and roller. 3. I wish there was like a steam boost button, I think that would help a lot. Like a button I could push and it will blast steam doubling the steam power. Pro's 4. Cleaning it is super simple. 5.
