I was skeptical of how good this work work, because I bought the Bissell equivalent (a wet mop/vac combo) a couple years ago and it was an absolute disaster and waste of money. Clogged up, sputtered filthy water out, was inconsistent in dispensing water and cleaner. This however did an amazing job, was super simple to use and virtually no assembly required. The steam got scum off my hard wood floors I hadn't mopped in months up in addition to sucking up debris. I like not having to use floor cleaner either and just steam. 10/10 recommend. I am calling it my depression assistant. When i get down and out the idea of sweeping and mopping thr floors is daunting. Not anymore!! Read more

Yesterday, I cleaned all the floors in my 4,600-square-foot house, and for the first time ever, I felt like there was absolutely nothing left on them. No dust, no dirt, no dog hair—just truly clean floors. One of the best things about the Shark 3-in-1 Steam Mop Vac is that it cuts my cleaning time in half. Before, I had to vacuum first, then mop with a bucket of water—constantly changing out dirty water after every room just to avoid spreading grime. This machine eliminates that whole process. It vacuums and mops at the same time with steam, so I’m not just pushing around dirty water—I’m actually sanitizing. Another big plus: all you need is water. It produces a lot of steam and effortlessly cuts through dirt, dust, and pet hair. The vacuum works well, and there’s no need for chemicals. That said, you do have to clean it after every use, which includes emptying the water and dirt reservoirs and cleaning the mop roller. But I don’t mind—some pricier models claim to be self-cleaning, but based on reviews, people still end up taking them apart manually to prevent odors. I’d rather just do a quick rinse myself. One limitation: it’s not designed to handle large amounts of liquid. I dropped a cup of coffee yesterday and tried mopping it up, but the liquid reservoir is pretty small. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me—I see this as a sanitizing and dirt-removal machine, not a spill soaker. If you wipe up most of a mess first, the steam mop finishes the job perfectly. I also want to mention something that’s always frustrated me—vacuuming first, then mopping, only to see leftover dirt get smeared around. No matter how well I vacuumed, I never felt like my floors were truly clean. But with this machine, they finally are. After using it yesterday, I immediately called my mom and multiple friends and told them they need this in their homes. It’s that good. I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase! Read more

Pros: ——The price is not bad. ——Vacuum suction is good ——Steaming output is good. The steaming temperature is high to help the floor to prevent the bacteria growth ____Mopping is not bad; it helps the floor that does not stubborn debris ——The machine has a long cord that helps you to move and use it in different areas Cons: ——The machine can remove the stubborn debris or sticking foods on the floor ____The machine is little heavy for older people using it if they have the stair and need to carry it to clean their floor. ——The ad mentions that the machine has self cleaning function of brush roll and the customer only washes the brush roll with water. But actually, the brush roll is still dirty. I tried to take off the brush roll from the machine and washed it with water and soap. by my hands. The water turned to black. I had to wash it more than 2 times to get it clean😫 ___The steaming can help the floor kill bacteria, BUT it can affect the floor’s grout, causing damage, especially if the grout is unsealed or if high-pressure steam is used. It also can cause these floors to expand, leading to cupping (where the edges of title rise), crowning (where the center of title rises), buckling, or even cracking. >>>>>After I used the machine, my floor has cupping and crowing, and my grouts are damaged (the grouts are broken and there are small holes in long grout strips)😤>>>> Ants from the outside go in these holes to my house 😡. THEREFORE, I returned it to get my refund. Read more

Ok this is perfect for a very small apartment. 1. The roller is very small so it will take longer to do an area, this is why I say its perfect for small apartment. For a bigger space I would absolutely need a larger steam mop. I am in a small apartment so this was not a deal breaker. 2. Steam works, vacuum works, but its not too strong. If you have dried spaghetti sauce on the floor, it will take a little bit to get up. It just needs to be more powerful with steam and roller. 3. I wish there was like a steam boost button, I think that would help a lot. Like a button I could push and it will blast steam doubling the steam power. Pro's 4. Cleaning it is super simple. 5. Small and light wieght (I know I complained about the size, but it being small and light weight could also be a pro. For the black friday price of 128, not bad deal. Read more
