Wish I bought this vacuum sooner! It picks up so much dirt, dust and dander. I have a lot of wool rugs that shed so I needed a good vacuum with strong suction that will really get in there! The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely in love with this vacuum. The suction is amazing and the fact I have a choice between settings is great. The multi options settings for carpet or hard floor is another perc! The color is as described and beautiful. It’s an easy to use vacuum with little to no weight push. Last time I needed to vacuum was a couple weeks ago but when I plugged in my Shark vacuum , I found out that someone had chewed a hole in the cord. (My dog doesn't like the vacuum) I've had it for a long time anyway so I decided to just buy another one instead of buying a new cord & trying to put it on the thing so I ordered this one. I have to say I'm mostly disappointed. I know it's refurbished but look at the pictures. That is all the dirt & hair it picked up after vacuuming my entire house, 2 weeks after it needed to be done! I don't want to say it have a dirty house but i do have a dog. The house isnt small but my old Shark would have sucked up TRIPLE that amount of stuff. TRIPLE THAT AMOUNT. I gave it 3 stars because technically it does work, but at less than half the capacity of my old Shark, that I've had for almost 10 years. It also has a shorter cord. My opinion is I should buy the darn cord & try to fix the other one. Wasted my money on this. Read more
