The media could not be loaded. Be aware- you need to scrub before you use this to squeegee anything! It doesn't really scrub any hard water off. It does, however, suction really well and leave a streak-free shine on my mirrors and windows! So if you get it pretty wet and scrub, this thing does an awesome job of sucking it up. It's a bit loud- as loud as your usual little vacuum. The battery lasts a long time- I left it for a whole month upstairs after charging it, took it out and used it to do 5 windows no sweat. It's super easy to use, though it does take a minute to get the hang of not leaving streaks. Where you take it off the window will leave a mark, so go to the very edge. Read more

This is kind of heavy, considering you are holding it over your head and moving it all around on the windows. I was also a little confused how to use it and overall it just wasn't an easy to stress free way to clean the windows. My husband and I agree, it seems easier to just spray glass cleaner or use a rag and squeegee. Very expensive and we will barely use it, so now it just takes up space and has no other function we can think of to repurpose it for. Read more

I thought that this might make cleaning the many windows in my home a bit easier, but it doesn’t really help very much. If your windows are clean enough that some Windex and a paper towel are all that it needed, this doesn’t save any time at all. If the windows are really dirty and need scrubbing and more solution, this makes it marginally easier. The spray bottle and cleaning pad are my favorite feature, since it’s a nice, easy, one-handed operation. The machine is so-so. The squeegee does a good job at getting rid of the liquid, but the vacuum isn’t strong enough to really get everything. It will get most of the solution, but not all of it. This makes the job a bit less messy, but it’s not a huge difference. If the vacuum was strong enough to suck everything up it might be a better tool. For me, it’s kind of meh. It works, but it’s not a revolutionary new window cleaning method. Read more
