Great concept but really poor design. The usb ports did not work properly and did not charge my devices. I was able to charge them with the cube though. The biggest disappointment was the fact that this advertises that it can handle a hair dryer. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! My hair dryer is 1100 watts, well under the max load listed in the description, and after 3 minutes, my dryer motor was burned out. I do not recommend this product. Read more

This voltage converter for Europe is unreliable and poorly made. It worked intermittently—sometimes converting voltage, other times not. The plug felt flimsy and didn’t stay secure in outlets. After a few days, it stopped working entirely, ruining my trip as I couldn’t use essential devices. The build quality feels cheap, and it’s frustrating to carry around a useless piece of electronics.
