I ordered down a size and its no problem that i did. For reference I wear 8-10 or medium (large /10 when I feel bloated in Danskin / Old Navy/ Gap brands. I probably would have been ok with my regular size the length was really the deciding factor I cant stand walking all over my pants and tripping on them is just not a good look ....so i wanted the shortest I thought would fit me check the size chart everything seemed bigger than normal size . the point is to be oversized though also so its hard to get it too wrong with this pant.
