Update: Seller promptly contacted me and solved the problem right away. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m very pleased. ❤️ Very disappointed. I have this boots in brown and love them, they're so comfy. I decided to order the black ones. Only when the box arrived the boots were just flopping around inside. They weren't wrapped. The toes and calves didn't have inserts. I looked closely at the soles and discovered scuff marks on the heels. I paid for NEW boots, not used. Zero durability! Falling apart on day one!
