Stylish and well-made. I was impressed by the quality of this two-piece set. The bottom is what my mom called a skort. They’re shorts with a overlay front panel that makes them appear to be a skirt. The bottoms have roomy, well-constructed pockets. Ruffle detail trim adds style and charm. See attached photo. Nice and thick fabric is not heavy but has nice drape. It’s soft and feels skin-friendly . Falls mid-thigh and I’m 5’5”. Modest length is elegant. The top features cap sleeves, a quarter zip, and ruffle details. Roomy fit in a Large, my normal size. The top has a fitted elastic band around the waist that allows it to sit comfortably on your hips, placed as you prefer. Each piece may be worn separately and would allow for so many combinations. The top might be worn with jeans, for example, and the bottom with a knitted sweater or casual tee. A great addition to a travel wardrobe, and a flexible addition to your closet, I have to recommend this set as a great value. I washed mine with like colors on cool with regular detergent, then dried it on regular cycle. I removed it promptly, and it came out perfectly, no shrinkage or problems with seams. I ordered this matching shirt/short set, in part, to wear during my daily evening walks. The set is made mostly of polyester, but has some cotton as well which makes it very soft similar to the feel and touch of a sweatsuit. The shirt has a 1/2 zipper front and short puffy sleeves that extend just an inch or so above the elbow. My favorite features of this outfit are the ruffles. Both the sleeves and the hem of the skirt have double ruffles which gives a feminine, flirty touch to an otherwise casual and sporty outfit. I wanted a bright and cheery color, so I chose this garment in green. The shade is really flattering, but the same-colored top and bottom is just too matchy-matchy. Probably a more neutral color like black or khaki would not have the same effect. With the green shirt and short set, however, each individual piece looks better worn with a different top or bottom or, at minimum, adding a camisole underneath the shirt with the zipper pulled down a bit to break up the solid green. This 2-piece clothing set is very comfortable and breathable. It is loose fitting allowing you to easily and freely move during a walk or workout. I am a shirt and dress kind of gal, so the combination shirt/shorts a/k/a skort is another terrific part of the design for me. This softens the look of this sporty outfit. After several washes, there has been no fading of the color. I am not a fan of ironing. I did not expect that there would be so many stubborn wrinkles in both the top and the bottom pieces. I used a wrinkle release spray several times, hung the shirt and skirt on coat hangers for a lengthy period of time, and also pulled the wrinkle elimination trick of putting the clothing in the dryer in an effort to relax the creases. None of these methods worked. I have never had to iron an outfit designed primarily for a workout before and prefer not to start now. Read more

What a comfy and cute set! I’ve worn this quite a bit, and it’s so light and comfortable! I got it a bit large, but I realistically could sized down a bit. It really looks cute on the model in the ad, but I'm not sure I like it. Maybe it's just not my style. The fit is true to size- I ordered a medium. It's comfortable to wear, but I don't like the way the bottoms are shorts in the back and a skirt in the front- I could understand shorts under the skirt but not half and half. Nonetheless, it makes for an outfit you don't have to worry about being ladylike in since it's actually shorts. Read more
