Size up. Normally wear a size L in most Amazon clothing. I ordered this in an XL and a L and the L was tight. I am 5’ and 155 lbs. I kept the green - it’s more of a pastel green than sage green but flattering color. I just reordered the black in an XL because it is a nice black.
