Great neck and knee massager. My wife uses it on her neck just about every day. It has heat and different settings. She had knee surgery and uses it carefully on her knee. I do wish it was a little bit wider between the massager. It's not quite wide enough for my neck. The price was much better than others. Read more

This is the best massager I have tried. There are 2 settings regular and then intense. This massager works the knots out of my neck muscles. I got the massager before Christmas. Charger it upon opening and have not had to charge the battery since. After a long day of mentally draining work the Shiatsu back and neck massager melts the tense feeling away. Read more
I wanted to love this neck massager, especially with all the hype it’s been getting, but overall, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations for me. It primarily targets the upper neck area — right under the ears — and doesn't do much for the traps or the base of the neck like some of the videos suggest. Videos show the little prongs on the bottom really getting into the upper back area, near the shoulder blades, and I don't know how they're getting that. I couldn't feel it at all even on the high intensity mode. It also takes some adjusting to get it positioned just right, and even then, it doesn’t stay in place well if you're moving around — even with the strap tightened. You pretty much have to sit still for it to work at all. That said, I can see how it might help some people if your tension is mostly in that very specific area. For me, sadly it didn’t offer the kind of relief I was hoping for. Not a terrible product, just not the right fit — I’ll likely be returning mine. I would also be very wary using this product if you've had any kind of neck injury, neck muscle strain, or accident that resulted in severe whiplash. I have a background in the medical field and would NOT suggest this for someone like you. I would be too afraid it would irritate the nerves near the upper cervical spine. The pressure cannot be controlled as well as the advertisements suggest. I would suggest to just be cautious, if you feel any kind of pressure in your head, tingling in your arms, and overall a tender soreness that makes you squirm, stop using it. Read more
