It comes with both the car adaptor and AC adapter for use anywhere. The straps are easily adjustable with a very strong velcro. They do not fit a full size recliner but the straps aren’t necessary for that type of chair. The lovely bonus is the built in remove control holder. The massage itself is wonderful! You can adjust it for a nice relaxing massage or kick it up to a deep tissue massage. The heat settings are another wonderful bonus. I have chronic back pain, especially in the morning and evening. This compact massager is exceptionally effective. The massaging nodes are well placed, and the heat on the high setting is exceptional. Its smaller size allows you to reposition it up and down your back to cover all the needed areas. Spin it around, and you have an excellent shoulder massager. The rollers are a bit too widely spaced for getting your neck, but that's not the primary reason I purchased. it. I bought three of them after using them for a few days, so I have one at my home office, one at my corporate office, and one in my reading chair, which reclines. At this price, I hope it holds up. I've been through the Homedics brand with some success, as well as the Snailax full back chair pad. This Zorynae is almost as good as the Snailax (at far less cost) and better than the Homedics I've used. The portability and car adapter are a plus. Read more
