First of all I have broken multiple bones in my foot and both my heels in an accident so needing to have adjustable levels on a foot massager was a must. There are days where I can’t tolerate high compression so being able to have it off or on low is wonderful. The heat is excellent and there are substantive differences between off, l, m, and h! My feet are women’s US 7-7.5 so there is room to slide your feet around and find the perfect spot.
