This massager makes me look forward to every night. I used to have a similar one and I was only able to use it once every several days, otherwise my back hurt. With this one, it has two upgrades: a function called shiatsu that makes the massage very firm but delicate at the same time, and an inflatable pillow (cute blue pump provided!) that makes the massage more gentle on your back. I think you can use the massager without it if you’d like, or deflate it a little bit. It came inflated for me so I used it as-is and fell in love. Some additional notes: - neck is separate from the back, you can massage either one or both - you can (but don’t have to) turn on the heat for neck or back - neck has adjustable height so it’s suitable for people of varied heights - neck massage has adjustable direction (inward or outward) which is absolutely awesome - seat has optional vibration, you’re able to choose between two levels. High quality product, very well made, durable. Pretty heavy which makes it stay in place on my recliner. I feel like I’m using a massage chair. I’m an exhausted new mom and it’s such a life saver. This portable chair massager has been a great addition to my home. This massager helps relieve tension and stress. The rollers actually move up and down and switch directions. I love the heating function and you can even do a spot massage. There is a cushion to help soften the rollers as there are some areas where it’s a bit rough, but I need the full feel of the massage. It has vibration features, rolling or shiatsu. I have recommended this to my friends, co-workers and family. It is best to have it positioned on a hard chair, it is a bit “clunky”, but leave it on one particular chair, and everyone in the family is using it. Read more
I bought this because the last one I tried had the neck massager too high and this one claimed to be adjustable, it is, but not enough. I am not short at 5'5" but the "neck" massager was more of a head massager and my neck was in pain for 2 weeks after using it. The back massage area was so weak I hardly felt it at the same time the "neck" massage was trying to crack my skull like a nut. The so called heat is non existent. AWFUL PRODUCT!!! I IMMEDIATELY repackaged the item back to the way it came to me, the box was still next to me on the couch and shipped it back UPS the next day. It's been OVER A MONTH and I still have not received my refund! I just checked the status because I was messaged that this was the day I would finally get my money back only to find another message that said that my refund HAD BEEN DELAYED!!! What is the matter with this seller? Customer Service was ZERO help on the matter, wasted my time listening to their horrible hold music for a half hour and then to a "supervisor" who could only repeat that he knew nothing and there was nothing he could do. "Why does this person have a job?" was all I could keep thinking. WARNING!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM if you are taking a chance on one. THIS IS A USELESS PRODUCT WITH A HORRIBLE SELLER and you can't count on getting your money back. It's too expensive to take a chance on. My husband been looking for a good back AND neck all-in-one massager for a while now. Most I've purchased have been flimsy or poorly made, making it difficult to get a decent massage. This one however is outstanding the soft flexible base and stiff back, allows it to be used in a variety of settings. I've tried recliner, work chair, and the massager has performed well in each location. The heat was another surprising factor...most massagers claim to heat but merely glow red to give the appearance of being warm but this one actually heats up! At the moment I've placed this in my home office. There is also a built-in adjustable timer which helps ensure you relax the entire break, rather than having to keep track of time. 100% worth the money. Read more
