The media could not be loaded. I first bought this massager for myself and absolutely loved it! The kneading is strong and relaxing, and the heat function makes it even better for sore muscles. I love that it’s cordless and rechargeable – so easy to use anywhere. I liked it so much that I bought one for my mom and mother-in-law, and now I’m planning to get one for my grandma as a gift. Got this to relive shoulder and neck pain and is helping perfectly to relive trigger points. I have not used it for longer periods and the heat aspect is minimal to none. I still love it as the massager works as intended and is portable and rechargeable . Read more
Effective & Quick. I use this whenever my neck & shoulders are stiffened and painful after work. It actually works although its not actual human hands but it does the job. My stiff neck is relieved. No need to go to the Spa parlor. Read more

I'm using the massager as I'm writing this review, and I already like this item. There are so many choices for shoulder/neck massagers on Amazon, it's difficult to make a decision. I decided to go with this one because the rollers are designed differently. It's similar to the sensation of someone using their thumbs and forefingers to press into your shoulders and neck. I also like the fact that it's cordless and the straps can be arranged like a backpack. I think this would be even more effective if I'm lying down. I'm hoping that this device will help ease the regular tension I feel in my rhomboid muscles. I'll to remember to update this review later on as time progresses. Read more
This one of the best neck massagers I’ve bought! The heat is a nice touch and the comfort of it is great. It isn’t heavy (at least I don’t think so) and I like that it has straps to secure to your body so you don’t have to hold it up. Also, the hand straps to kinda pull down on it a bit to apply pressure as you like. The only downside I’ve noticed so far, is either the battery life being too short, or my massager is faulty. Disappointed in that but, otherwise, great product. Read more
