This was a nice surprise because I was diagnosed with restless leg syndrome, and I didn’t want another Rx, so my doctor told me about this and one it was in my system good I did notice my legs weren’t jumping around or shaking while laying down especially when I’m drifting off to sleep. The tablets are big, very thick, and as hard as a rock. My mom cannot chew them. She is afraid they will break her teeth. I tried to cut them with a knife. They will not cut. The tablet is an 1/2 inch wide and 1/4 inch thick. You can stand on it, it won't break. My daughter hit it with a hammer, it still won't break. Read more
We always take CoQ10 in our house. We use it for the cardiovascular benefits it provides which is better cardiovascular wellness with increased circulation to the heart and helping to maintain heart muscle function. Shinyleaf makes a good product as we have had no adverse reactions, in fact we have both felt increased stamina in our physical workouts and activities. These are chewable and easy to take with no bad smell or lingering aftertaste. I like that it came in a 2 bottle bundle-one for each of us. I will be reordering when we run out. I think the value for this product and the company's attention to quality is worth the price they ask.
