The media could not be loaded. 4th time mom review: This bathtub is perfect for the newborn stage! It cradles my baby nicely and leaves plenty of room for me to wash him. It is perfect for growing into, so I know I’ll be using this for the next few months without outgrowing it too fast. It’s a great investment since bath time is part of our night time routine every day! We started using this week 2 of being born, And he loves it, has never cried in it. I added a soft “sink bath baby pad” for extra softness as I did not want the hard plastic to be too hard, and it works so well. Also added toy bar just for fun it does not come with the baby tub. There’s so many tubs on the market , and I’m sure they are great , but this is my favorite . Keep in mind it does not fold, so account for a place to store! I keep it in the bathtub for storage. My 1 month old baby has hated bathtime since he was born, so I suspected it might have been what I was using before (I was using the Angelcare Baby Bath Support). It must have been because he had more exposure to the cold air and wasn't in an actual tub submerged with warm water, so I chose this one to try, and his reaction to this tub was as different as night and day! As soon as we put him in this tub filled with warm water and bubbles he did not cry at all! He sat quietly and did not slip due to the rubbery back support and allowed us to clean him without the screams. There is also a bump in this tub where his legs can rest over comfortably as well.
