I had fun restoring my Ugg slippers. They are in otherwise good shape, except that th sole came apart on one. The product directions were clear and everything I needed came in the package. The glue is sufficiently gel-like, rather than merely runny, so I could apply it where I chose. The glue does come out in a very thin stream so it took a little time and pressure to get what I wanted. When done, I stuffed the slipper with newspaper, wrapped the slipper in the rubber bands provided and weighted it down with a gallon jug to cure for 24 hours. Perfect result. Of course, it has not yet had the test of time but I am hoping it holds up well. All in all, seems like a good product! Read more

This shoe glue comes out runny. It drys like most anyone with a brain, and has worked with kinds different glues knows it takes 24 - 48 hrs to dry. This glue is NOT extremely tough, or surprisingly anything positive. Just very basic. Thanks, J.J. 😀 Read more

I can't give any wear history, but I can say that this is a complete package, even the rubber abnds to hold the pieces in place while they dry. The tubes actually have a probe that goes down the dispensing neck so you can have easy access the second oe third time you use it. Read more

I had wore out the sole of my expensive walking sneakers. I decided to replace the entire sole with a high quality replacement. I used this adhesive based on the positive online reviews. I properly prepared the soles of my sneakers and replacement soles. I used the supplied sanding sticks to scuff both surfaces and then cleaned any oils off with acetone. I liberally applied the adhesive to both surfaces using the supplied paddle and drying the surfaces using a dryer. This was recommended in the instructions. I used 10 clamps on each shoe, distributing the pressure over the entire surface. I let the clamps remain on for ~24 hours. The results looked promising. After my first walk, the new soles showed signs of delamination at the heel, the toe and the ball of the foot. I scuffed the loose areas and reapplied the remainder of the adhesive to the loose areas. The sneakers were re-clamped overnight. The second walk resulted in similar results. The new sole began delaminating again. This adhesive just did not work for me. I ended up using my old tube of “shoe-goo” which has been holding up after ~ 10 walks. I cannot recommend this adhesive based on my experience with it! Read more

Was disappointed when I received it. If you are looking for shoe goo brand silicone type glue, this ain’t it. I decided to give it a shot anyway. It’s packaged in a tube with a needle on the cap that inserts to keep product from drying out. I followed directions. Apply to both sides not allowing them to touch. Allow 6-8 minutes to dry. After that it looked like the glue had dried away to nothing. So I was not very optimistic. The instruction was to heat with a heat gun for 20 seconds and then press the parts together. It was amazing how well it worked! And it’s a strong bond. Very pleased. Read more
