i am very pleased with this boot. i ordered two more. i will admit this boot is better than the picture.it is a little flat on the sole but i wore them for the first time for three hours and my feet were ok no blisters. i have a very small calve and long legs and a weird to fit foot i think these would be even better for normal legged and footed people. i did not want a boot that looked like a bucket and where there is some room- as i can always expect cuz i have some very dinky calves- it did not look bad and i think they would "give " a little more if you have larger calves. i am very happy w these:) the color is a wee bit off. more or a lighter grey than pictured but still works w all my grey skirts and things anyways. I just want to preface that the boots came in great condition, were the perfect height, and fit great in the foot area. But when it came to the calves, I couldn't even get them halfway zipped. And when I tried to zip them more, it would pinch the skin. These boots have zero stretch. So if you have larger calves, these may not be the boots for you. Read more

I got these boots for a wedding and I just wished they had an option for wide calf’s. The style was cute and the color was perfect, it did fit my feet, and it lasted throughout the whole catholic wedding and reception afterwards. Yes to slip resistant because I was able to walk on snow. It is worth the money but again I wish they had more options for big calf’s. Read more
