This shirt is so soft and smooth. It’s so nice on the skin. I’m hypersensitive so I cant Handle rough textures at all and this is a win for me . It is so cool to the touch and really lightweight , almost silky . I got It for maybe an unusual reason but I’ll share anyway. I have Ehlers Danlos, fibromyalgia, POTS and injuries , among other things . I use Compression on my lower limbs a lot for my pots . But I recently Read that wearing a compression shirt in my sleep could help with my shoulder issues . I’m a female and also get really flush sometimes so am prone to cold sweats and also heat waves . This shirt is perfect for me for all of that . I did Follow the instructions on sizing and ordered accordingly but being a female meant it’s not really going to be the right measurements from chest to tummy . And that’s ok because the Chest is wear I want The compression, to hold things in place if you know what I mean , and thus prevent drag on my shoulders in my sleep . So it still works for me . Anyway if you want stronger compression you may want to size down , I find It true to size but not as compressive . That’s because of my choice in dimensions though . I am Definitely going to be looking at more of these to sleep in. Actually I like it so much I think It might be a good choice during the day for me too as I am Looking into a body braid and this seems perfect to wear under that . This men’s athletic compression t-shirt has some good points. The overall quality is solid and it feels well made. The fit is comfortable once you get the sizing right. Do not go with your regular size and make sure to use the sizing chart on the product listing. I am usually a Medium but ordered XL instead and that worked out great. The style is nice and the dark grey color looks exactly as expected. Considering the build and fit, the value is good as well. On the downside, the material is much thicker than the athletic shirts I am used to. It might work better in cooler weather but in warmer conditions it feels less breathable than I would like. Overall, this is a good compression shirt with nice style and fit, but keep in mind the thickness of the material when deciding how and where to use it. Read more
