measurement guide is spot on
I'm a female with a 12" bicep and 39" chest. I almost got the large-xlarge. I read the measurement guide, and I fell into the small-medium. I ordered the small-medium and glad I did. It fits perfectly and I'm able to adjust it to suit my needs. I find it very comfortable and supportive. It's made well and provides the pain relief I wanted. This has really helped me with the shoulder pain. The price is very affordable. It works! Read more

Very comfortable and really easy to adjust!
I have had shoulder pain for quite some time and went to PT not too long ago. This brace has been a tremendous help for the pain I still periodically get. The Velcro strips around the arm and body are strong and sturdy which allows for a comfortable fit. A bonus is the pouch that will hold an ice pack. This provides even more pain relief. It is stitched tightly and does not have any missed stitching or fraying of any kind. The size chart is accurate, and the price is correct for the quality, and it is just generally well made and offers great support. I would recommend this brace without hesitation. Read more
