Not "fits most people" unless you are athletic like the guy in the picture
The statement "fits most people" is waaay off the mark. Unless you look like the guy in the picture, it won't fit. I was desperate for something like this (rotator cuff issue) but this is not the solution. 5'4" 135lbs: the arm part is very long, down to elbow. Velcro is on the bottom 2" or so, no compression on the arm. The attached strap above the shoulder cuts into the side of the neck but it still bunches there, if strap across the chest is above the breast, and bunches between the shoulder and the arm. Hard to explain, so attached a couple of pictures. My best suggestion would be to make it like a sleeve with a strap, velcro on top of the arm, not below and make a few sizes. One does NOT fit all. And BTW, it does nothing for rotator cuff, you can't even put a heating pad under it. It won't stay in place. Read more

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give stars, I would. The sleeve part - where I actually want the compressio - is too large. The chest strap is way too short. It's actually choking me. There was no product packaging to give instructions. Piece of garbage. Read more
