Overall, I am very pleased with this shoulder support brace. It definitely helps with my sore shoulder. I didn't use the sling part of it but I'm happy that it's included just in case I need it down the road. The brace itself securely keeps my shoulder in place, while the inflatable bag for under my armpit keeps my shoulder placement in the most comfortable position it can be. Being inflatable, you can adjust it to the perfect amount of support. The only minus, for me at least, is that I'm a klutz. I find that I have a hard time getting it on properly without help from my husband. Part of that difficulty, though, is that I have a problem with both shoulders so moving the better arm to get the brace on is probably more difficult than it would be for somebody with one good shoulder. It's comfortable and supportive, and, depending on one's needs, can be adjusted to support dislocated shoulders or rotator cuff injuries. The included inflatable airbag is particularly useful for rotator cuff injuries. It helps stabilize the shoulder, along with the arm sling. One may need extra hands to put it on if shoulder mobility is limited. While it can be figured out, a pictorial guide would have been nice. The pump would also benefit from a blunt deflator attachment. The brace comes in one size, but it may be a little snug for those with broad chests.
