This is a super-cool hair dryer! I love the style and easy to use controls. Impressive airflow for this unit. I've had it for over four years now and am very impressed with how well it works. The pictures were just take (after four years of use) so you can get an idea of its durability. Awesome value - similar products cost more than triple! I like how the ionic feature reduces frizz and static on my hair. I've used it to travel to friends houses - easy to pack. I've had zero complaints. I admire the removable filter on the rear which catches dust, hair, etc. It is not whisper quiet nor is it the typical roar of the average hair dryer. It is a comfortable noise level such that a person could talk with you while you are using it. No regrets. I got this hair dryer because my old one died. I like the 3 settings, cool, warm and hot. It dries your hair like a dryer should but I find that the cheep one I had before did just as well. I know that an ionic should help with frizz but I don't see any difference. My hair still has frizz. The attachments are hard to lock in. It may just be my dryer but it makes it inconvenient. I am not a fan of the back of the dryer sucking my long hair up in it. The only way to get it out is to rip it out or cut it. I already have very fine thing hair. Would I recommend this dryer, I would if you have short hair and don't need to use the attachments. I do not recommend it for long hair. No matter how careful you are you will still get your hair sucked in the back fan. I am sad to say that the dryer is not what I expected. Update: I bought this dryer at the beginning of Feb. I waited till after our winter vacation to review it. It is now August and I was drying my hair the other day and it is making a funny noise. I looked inside the dryer while it was running and you could see big arcing sparks. I have had this dryer six months and now it is no good any more. I don't use it that often because my hair is wavy/curly. I let it air dry when I can. I wish I would have listened to all the reviews that have some of the same complaints as mine. It is not worth the $50 I spent on it. I can get longer usage time out of a $20 hair dryer bought at Walmart or the drugstore. This was a waste of money for 6 months of usage and some hair loss. As far as hair dryers go, this one is not too expensive. Especially when compared to the Dyson (which is a fair comparison since this one is deemed the dyson knock off). As far as drying capabilities go, this one was a huge improvement over my cheap walmart one. It feels like a salon quality hair dryer that my barber uses which is what drove me to buy one in the first place. Dries hair very quickly, and the styling attachment works wonderfully for me. It feels good in the hand, and it is quite light and small which makes it perfect for styling. My only gripe is that the attachments feel a tad loose when on the dryer. They spin freely which I'm sure was done purposely to give you whichever angle you want, but in practice, it tends to slide around a little too easily. This is by no means a bad thing, just trying to point out any flaws no matter how minor. Overall I am thrilled with this and am happy to have it. I 100% recommend this one. Read more

I've had this for for a year and can now give my review. It was heavier than I expected. It's not as quiet as some people said in other reviews. I like being able to select the cool option. I rarely use the high heat setting and I noticed that when I do the dryer makes a loud sound like it's breaking. I also started to do this on the low setting. It's annoying. Another thing, when I plug it in the plug trips and I have to keep pushing in the reset button. It doesn't matter where in the house I plug it in it will still trip. Obviously it's starting to die but I can probably count on two hands the number of times I've used it. I thought it would at least stick around for a longer but now I'm once again shopping around for another hair dryer that I really only use on my bangs for a few seconds. Read more
