Very comfortable and I feel, I can breath much better in the mornings after resting on this pillow. It is a little bulky for how I like to sleep but most people enjoy it this way. I have looked forever for a good pillow that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I found these during Prime Days and decided to give them a try. I wake up with headaches, neck pain and shoulder pain with my old pillows. When these arrived I did like it said and left them lay flat for 24 hours. Let me tell you, when I finally slept on them I woke up with zero headache or neck/shoulder pain. These pillows are soft but firm and easy to adjust the filling. The cool side is amazing! It really does stay cool to the touch when using. They are very good quality too. I saw a few kind of iffy reviews before I bought them but took my chances, and I am so glad I did. I am so happy to have found this pillow! It is totally customizable so I could adjust it to my exact comfort level. I am a side sleeper and it is just supportive enough yet soft enough to not hurt my ears after a night's sleep. The pillow does have a bit of a smell when it immediately comes out of the package but it completely dissapates after a couple of days.
