Weren’t sharper than my cheap knives out of the box. Cutting tomatoes wasn’t effortless. Cutting a sweet potato was just as difficult as with any other knife. They were as sharp as any other brand new knives. Just alright, not worth the price in my opinion, so I returned. Read more
