I like this massager because it is 1. cordless 2. small 3. lightweight The first thing that I did after opening the box of this massager was I charged it. I started reading the manual and came to know that if the battery is low, there should be a red light while charging. I confirmed and indeed there was a red light. I also read that when the charging is complete there should be a steady white light. I checked on it intermittently and it took about 3 hours for the red light to turn white. When I poured it on by pressing and holding the power button for about 3 seconds, the motor started running with the white areas on the "hands" of the message with red lights - indicating that the heat was on. The light that turned white after the charge was full, kept on being white during the entire operation of this device. According to the manual, there should be a flashing red light indicating that the charge is low. There are two buttons on either side of the charging port. One button is responsible for turning the device on or off, and for changing the massage modes, while the other button changes the heat. There are three modes for the massage and two for the heat. Although I could not feel the heat, and noticed only two modes of massaging. The difference between the two modes was the speed - in one the modes, the motor runs faster than the other. To change the modes, one needs to short press the corresponding buttons. Regardless of all these, I love this massager because, it is powerful enough to effectively massage my neck and the shoulder area. Because of us compactness and weight, it is very easy to maneuver and massage different areas of the body, for example - thighs, legs, even the side of the torso. For larger areas like the lower back, it tends to pinch and that is expected because it's just doing its job by grabbing and massaging whatever is offered to it. I am really impressed with this cute little messenger and because of its compactness, it is portable - which is a huge bonus. Read more

I’ve tried the other neck massager you usually see with the straps and in black and this one feels the same except its more compact without the straps and more versatile in that you can use them elsewhere besides the shoulders. The one thing I find annoying is the sound it makes. There is some slight sound of the motor that you hear that is loudest at the strongest mode and then more quiet but still there whereas other shoulder massagers don't make this sound. This is also about the same price as the others. The design of this sets this apart from the others in that it has hands but it feels the same as the other ones. How shoulder massagers feel is basically like someone massaging your shoulders with the way the motion and position is. 🔥 Heat Function: The built-in heat takes a while to warm up but definitely adds to help pain relief 🧠 Pain Relief & Relaxation: Definitely relaxing. It's not like some shiatsu massager that kneads into you with balls, but really like a person doing the massaging motion with their hands and squeezing your shoulders. 🎒 Portable & Easy to Use: Cordless Small Not too heavy Only two buttons to use - mode switcher, power on/off that is the same with the heat function ⚙️ Power & Adjustability: 3 modes of strength Feels strong enough for me or you can choose to go lighter ✅ What I Like: • Hand like massaging • Heat added or can be turned off • Can be used elsewhere instead of shoulders because can remove the straps • Portable and rechargeable • Very durable design ⚠️ Things to Know: Some might find this intense This is noisier than others ⭐ Overall Verdict: I do like it but because it is no cheaper than the other massagers I would have to say go with the other ones because of the sound it makes. If they can figure out how to remove the noise then this would be 10/10 because it kind of ruins the relaxation moment. Read more

Self-care and wellness are important to me. This includes massage because it relaxes me. This is why I ordered this product. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. This is a neck massager that has "bionic" heating. I don't know what it is. It's some sort of warming technology. The results are the same as other products that warm up. I don't think a patent application is necessary because it's not really unique to me. 2. This massager is nice and weighty for me. It look and feels quite sturdy. 3. A part of the straps used to hold the massager in place is made from PU leather. It's good but it makes it a little harder to clean. 4. This came partially charged already so I didn't have to wait long. I haven't completely drained it yet. It says that it can last for 70 minutes with a 10-minute auto shut off feature. 5. The shut-off feature is good, but I don't think it's going to lull me to sleep. The motor is powerful and I need to make sure that I don't pull down as much as it would increase the pressure. If I loosen, then it could fall even if there's a snap that helps anchor the massager. 6. The warming is okay. The warmest setting is not that warm. This is okay with me as it's secondary but some people like the warmth. 7. The motor is very strong. I try to position it a bit lower so that it doesn't massage over bones because it's not good pain like deep tissue, but just painful. Not relaxing. 8. Properly adjusting the massager using its straps helps because it takes some of the pressure off as necessary. Even though the strap is just for positioning, it still pulls down. Using my hands work also. 9. There is 1 mode but 3 different intensities. I just usually leave it at the lowest level because I'm still training myself how to position it nicely. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this neck massager is cost-effective and worth its value because it doesn't look cheap, it's sturdy, it feels better than my other massagers as it can avoid bony prominence.
