It supports my neck and shoulders really well, and I wake up with less stiffness. I purchased the crescent shaped cervical pillow. The shape is perfect and feels great, incan ad or remove the shredded memory foam to adjust the firmness and the pillow is comfortable. But the smell is not going away. I washed the cover, the pillow has been airing out four days, I tried running it through the dryer on air dry multiple times and even tried a dryer sheet and sprayed fabreeze. But the smell is not going away. I know they claim it's just the smell of bamboo fiber. It smells almost like burnt hair to me. I really did want to like this and the shape is great. *Update, the smell has disapated some over the past couple weeks. But it's still in the guest room because I have trouble laying on it due to the smell. It has improved but has not gone away yet. Maybe my nose os too sensitive. But other than the odor it's a great pillow, thw shape is supportive and cradles the head well. Read more

I know some reviewers had stated that there was a smell...that was not my experience - I did not detect any odor. I have Kyphosis and I needed a a different type of pillow to help ease my neck pain. For the first time in years I am waking up with my neck feeling so much better and I have increased range of motion! Nothing's going to make it perfect, but it is so much better. I like that you can change the firmness of the pillow to customize it to your preferences or needs. Best purchase I've made in a long while. As far as pillows go, this is a comfortable pillow and great for side sleepers. However, I bought this pillow for cooling purposes because I’ve been dying at night dealing with hot flashes and night sweats. This did not help at all. The pillow itself is not cooling. The pillowcase is what is supposed to be cooling. Because it is stuffed with memory foam, the where my head lays gets extremely hot because the foam is absorbing my heat around the edges of the pillows, feel slightly cool, which is not helpful and that is it. Another pillow I won’t be using. If you are buying this to keep you cool, save your $$! Read more

Wow wow wow. It feels so cool to the touch, it made me jump a little once when I brushed my hand over it cause I thought I had spilled a little water or something. lol. One side is cool, the other is a different fabric and is not. It’s very comfy, it immediately became the favorite pillow. It’s such a good mix of firm but soft and cushy. I hope it lasts; cant confirm but it FEELS like it will last a long time. I plan on buying another. Read more
