These are comfortable, thick denim material. The material has some stretch in it and the leg cuffs are not too tight. I am a size 12 and I purchased a size 12 and they fit snug but good. Quality zipper but the button is loose so I returned them thinking it was a defective pair but the new pair had the same button. I'm not sure if that is an issue. EDIT TO UPDATE. So, I went down to a size 4 after Amazon first suggested an 8, which were huge. The 4 was also too big. Suppose it's not Amazon's fault, the size chart from the seller is off. But again, GREAT QUALITY. Ok so 5 star for quality and quick delivery, but the size chart is not accurate. Amazon insisted I needed an 8 based on millions of reviews, but I tried to put a 6 in my cart and it was all... Are you sure? Cuz 8 is your size. Nope. So big. I'm between 120-125lbs, 5'7". I am 5'6" 100 pounds I ordered a size 6 and a size 4 being I needed something to wear over the weekend. I tried on the size 6 first and they fit pretty good just a little room in waist like I preferer. I figured the 4 would be way to small but guess what?? Fit exactly like the size 6, so keep that in mind when ordering ! Metal closure seems a bit lose hoping it holds and fabric isn't that soft even after washing. You get what you pay for I guess.
