This skirt is the perfect length with the perfect amount of stretch! Hits above the my knee, I’m 5’9” but isn’t too short. It is a flattering a-line fit that isn’t skin tight all the way down. And a little bit of stretch makes it a lot more comfy than many jean skirts Read more

I am always concerned about ordering bottoms online because I have a pear shape that flexes between an XL and XXL depending on the style of the bottom. I decided to err on the side of caution for this jean skirt and ordered the XXL based on the size chart. When it came out of the package, I knew I had ordered the wrong size. Additionally, the front hem stuck out weird so I was hoping that washing and drying it would help these issues. I was glad I did, because it did shrink a little and the hem now lays straight as I would expect from an A-line. It still has a larger waist than I want, but I still like it as have gotten many compliments while wearing it. The jean material is medium thickness which is just right - not too hot in the summer. It also isn’t so thin that it shows every leg dimple. It is extremely soft and has a decent amount stretch, but after a day of wearing it around, it is not over-stretched so that it hangs weird. I wore this for one of my daughter’s volleyball tournaments. This is a good test with all the sitting, standing and walking. When you get up from sitting it doesn’t have bunching or wrinkling. Combine that with a slight stretch, and you have a very flexibly comfortable fit while still allowing freedom of movement. It does not have a built in short which I appreciate because it lays better. I put a pair of spandex underneath for the perfect fit. The stitching throughout the piece is secure and neat. There are 4 deep pockets. I love the style of the angled pockets on the front as well has the 2 extra seams. The zipper flap lays flat and has a thick tooth that works well. Above the zipper is a well-secured, metal button. I am 5’11” and the length is the perfect mid-thigh length for me. Read more

YSK: This skirt fit perfectly in a size Small! I am 5'4'' and 130lbs, and the high-waisted fit was just right without being too tight or uncomfortable. The denim has a really nice amount of stretch to it, which is crucial for a jean skirt so you can actually move and sit down without feeling restricted. The front seam detail adds a nice trendy touch that breaks up the look of a standard denim skirt. The quality of the denim feels substantial—it's not that thin, cheap fabric you sometimes get online, but it's also not stiff like vintage denim. It strikes a good balance. And of course, it has pockets! Real, functional pockets are always a win in my book. The stitching looks clean, and the hardware/zipper feels sturdy enough to last a long time. One thing I do test standard on every piece of clothing is how it wrinkles/de-wrinkles. It is a pretty simple test, at the time that I receive the clothing, I simply take it out of the packaging and hang it up for 24 hours. At the time I hang up the clothing I make note of the existing wrinkles and how severe they are, and then I compare them against the wrinkles (or lack of) at 24 hours later. This usually gives me a rough idea on if the clothing will need to be promptly removed from the dryer, air dry, or ironed regularly. Being denim, this skirt handled the test really well. It came out of the package with very few wrinkles, and after hanging for a day, it looked ready to wear. You likely won't need to iron this unless you are really particular; just pulling it out of the dryer promptly should be enough. Overall, a solid addition to the wardrobe! Read more

This high wasted jean style skirt is super cute and very comfortable. Right off the bat you can tell this is a high quality skirt. All the seams and stitching is well done and clean. There's no loose threading or poorly stitched seams. The sizing for this skirt runs slightly smaller then what the size chart shows. The jean material is soft and has a good amount of stretch to it. The stretchiness of the material makes it more comfortable to move and sit in. The skirt is the perfect length, the bottom hem comes about 2 inches above my knee. There are two pockets on the front and 2 on the back of the skirt. I love that all the pockets are real functioning pockets, with the front 2 being pretty big. This skirt is extremely flattering and versitile. I can’t wait to be able to wear this come summer time. Read more
