Secondly, It does a decent job of extracting the juice from the fruits and I am quite pleased with that important aspect of it. The aggregate that is ejected isn’t bone dry, but I think it’s satisfactory. It is a much quieter process than my old juicer which sounded like a blender. But apples seem to be a bit louder to process than anything else I’ve seen so far, maybe due to the skin having high friction against the glass chamber. Setup was a breeze, so much so that the instructions are still in plastic. Not a brag, I was so excited to get it. Please read your instructions folks. I saw another review saying the ejection shoot is hard to clean, but there is a red rubber stopper adjacent to the shoot that has to be pulled out to aid cleaning. It’s easy to pull out but tricky to stuff it back in the slot. Anyways, it makes cleaning the shoot quite easy. I’m excited to stuff all kinds of fruits and vegetables in it. I have juiced my family out. I make it so much because the machine is so easy to use. I’ve purchased one for all of my siblings because I love it so much. Also some other juicers don’t allow full size fruits and veggies. Some other juicers have lot of pulp in the juice or froth and I have to strain the juice afterwards. Not with this juicer. Bought the juicer on 9/25/2023. I juice everyday at least once a day. Sometimes I'll make sauces. Worked until about 12/17/2023 then one of the flanges on the juice cup exploded off the juicer while juicing a carrot. I was able to connect with Customer Support, and the part was replaced pretty quickly. I'm updating this to a 4 start because they were very helpful with this. I am not doing 5 stars because it did fail within 3 months of purchase. I hope this replacement part last much longer. Read more

I purchased this juicer in Dec of 2024, with high hopes, hopes that it would work and I would be able to use it to its full potential. Nope, that is not what happened! I used it the first time maybe a year after I purchased it, and it worked well. The second time I used it, I turned it on, and it would not turn on. The bottom button is for the turn on and off, the other buttons are forward and reverse. I looked at the manual as I was connecting the parts together, to make sure they were properly connected. The machine still did not turn on, with the "on/off" button, it worked in forward or reverse only. I sent an email to the company support, and all they said was it was not connected right, nothing about sending out a replacement. I used it again today (09-11-25) and it is still only working in the forward and reverse positions. (thumbs down on this product) Read more

This is a great juicer. I previously used a Breville juicer and the pulp side had more juice than I expected. This juicer gets all the juice with minimal pulp. I did realize that trying to juice lemons and kiwis can possibly clog the filter if you keep the peel on. I will start to remove those peels on these. I love that I found this juicer that appears to be just as good as the Nama juicer with a fraction of the cost. I will be juicing more now that I have a juicer that doesn't make me feel like I am wasting money due to not getting all the juice out that I should be getting. This was very easy to assemble and cleaning it is very EASY! I love the cleaning brush it came with as it helps to ensure the filter gets clean and it allows to get any of the pulp out that may get trapped. Read more
