This machine was very hard to assemble at first. Once I finally assembled it, it worked just fine, it yield a lot of juice from the fruits.. I brought this juicer in March 2024 and in May 2024 the machine wouldn’t turn on. At each use, I made sure it was assembled correctly. I normally juice every Sunday for the week. I never put the juicer parts in the dishwasher. I made sure to hand wash each part after each use. I had bought a watermelon and wanted some watermelon juice… so I go to turn it on and nothing… so I reassemble the machine like 10 times just to make sure that it wasn’t me not putting it together correctly. All of the dots were aligned. I reset the plug numerous times.. and STILL the juicer wouldn’t turn on. And now the window for return has expired.. Now I have to buy another juicer…this is becoming more costly than what I was expecting. My suggestion to anyone investing in a juicer, make sure you get one with a on and off switch and not one with an electric on/off push button. Read more

The material used for the bow is not good I put in vegetables carrots, and with the minimum leeway that press has for the food to be compacted, and cracked the lid. I have insurance I contacted the company directly and they telling me I would have to wait it out. Give them 4 weeks and they will get back to me. Read more
