4 starts because I’ve seen a lot of reviews about needing to tighten the screws every week or so and it even says this on the bottom of each chair actually but for the price and how nice it looks I feel as if you shouldn’t need to do this. But this is a beautiful set. I have 3 kiddos and a fiancé. Fits my kitchen beautifully and it’s very nice and elegant. Chairs are a little wobbly but heavy. Read more

Set up was super quick! I used my Craftsman drill bit. Very durable and sturch furniture! The wood material is nice and heavy!! Not that flimsy thin material that’s questionable. Very firm! We desperately needed a new table and chair set. I saw this at a decent price since it looked nice - and it does. Putting it all together isn't bad at all and it does look quite nice in person. The issue is around 6 months after getting it one of the chairs broke. I was moving one to sweep and the top of the back snapped off. No, it didn't come off on accident - it completely snapped. I contacted Amazon who told me to contact Ashley Furniture since it has been more than 30 days since the purchase. I contacted them via the email I was given - no response. Dealt with Amazon again and got transferred all over to their big box section and such. Was told they can't help for the same reason and that the warranty is under Ashley Furniture. I finally got in contact with someone from Ashley who said I needed the serial number for the set. I was at work but got the serial number and such. I called back and s representative (who didn't seem to care at all) said to go to a website, enter the information, and order it myself. It was confirmed it was under warranty. I ordered the part in September. Never got it. I called back in October and they said the part was on back order. It's a piece of a chair. I asked why I wasn't notified and they said their system doesn't do that. They said it should be received by November. Now it's 11/22 and still no part or contact. Do your due diligence and read about the company. They have abysmal ratings online for pulling this stuff. I guess they try to wait out the warranty time and eventually say "sorry, it's out of warranty!" If I don't get the piece by next week I'm contacting my state division for consumer protection and the BBB. I am also quite upset with Amazon for not assisting or advocating for me as a long time customer. Prime customer, no less. If I buy something through this multi-billion dollar corporation and the maker isn't upholding their end of the bargain, they should threaten to drop their products. I will admit the last Amazon rep I dealt with was a very sweet and sympathetic woman. She just said Amazon has gotten much more strict over the years and there was literally nothing she could do. I really love how comfortable the chairs that benches are, and at first, I thought the table was a little too short, but having kids, it's actually pretty perfect for everyone around. The wood is solid and doesn't feel cheap, it's decently heavy, and easy enough to assemble. Read more

First and foremost the table is nice . Delivery took about a week. Small scratch on the surface of the table which I didn’t even think it was worth a picture . Delivery process is out of the control of Signature Design By Ashley , but total responsibility of the mail carrier . It is a very heavy box which is good because the table has some weight into it , Feels very sturdy and can sit 5-6 people . I’d say it’s worth the price , I don’t know how long it will last , but I do hope at least a year and I’d say I get my moneys worth . Last thing would be to be patient while putting the legs together as you’re going to put 16 legs together and 5 cushions . Instructions are clear and simple to understand took me about an Hour and 30 minutes. ** quick tip - if you have an uneven chair remove the cushion and attempt to sit it flush and tighten back again. I thought they gave me uneven legs on one of them but it was my mistake when building I did not make sure it was leveled and sitting flush .*** Other than that for an affordable table designed by Ashley furniture it’s great 10/10!! I hope my review helps others and if you were to purchase one and have scratched or missing parts remember it’s out of the control of Ashley as this set ships out from Amazon . Everything already comes included in the box . Travel might create a few tears in the box which can end up dumping some parts it all depends on the way it’s handled as it travels . :) Read more
