The Catnapper I bought never came after a long wait and postponement. The second one was uncomfortable and didn’t allow for reclined cuddling like this one does. It has double recliners without any separation. The foam is firm but not uncomfortable. Extended foot rest advances about 3”s when fully reclined. The head rest is taller than most but it hits my 6’3” husband slightly low requiring a small pillow when fully reclined. Both my tall heavier husband 330 lbs and I (5’4”) are otherwise very supported and relaxed in all positions. This sofa is built to last decades instead of years. Even with heavier weight applied daily. We are very happy customers. Arrived as expected. It went together by sliding the backs onto a one piece bottom after cords were connected to 4 sites on back of sofa with only the cord to socket showing. It might take us a couple of days to adjust from mechanical recline to power recline since it takes a few seconds to bring upright. The price is much cheaper than furniture store. Add $100 for tax. Was a little unsure of buying a sofa off of Amazon...at first, but.... Test drove this one at the local store and knew it was the one, but the price tag changed my mind quickly, combined with the salespeople bugging constantly was a huge turn off. So thrilled when I found it on Amazon (on sale) priced considerably cheaper than in store, so much so that I got two sofas for the price of one!-minus someone breathing down my neck while i decided on the color. I had to get another couch because I'm not sharing this one, I love it that much. The color is great, easy to put together and so darn comfortable. Feels sturdy, cushioning is a little firm but thats how I like it. I'd buy 3 more for each room but, sadly I don't have the space. Im happy with it, would definitely recommend to others, and if Ashley is still making these when this one wears out, I will probably buy the exact same one, again. Read more

Great product, very comfy and supportive! Love that the cushions are attached. The fabric is soft, but durable. Glad I bought these couches on Amazon! Saved over $1500 per piece from buying them from the Ashley website or store. But they DO NOT arrive "Fully Assembled" as it states in the description. You have to put the backs on and it's not intuitive and you have to push very hard to get them in place. If Amazon offered the duluxe delivery, I would have bought it. Having to assemble them is worth the discount though. Read more

This is not the same sofa that we tried in the Ashley store. This sofa has a much higher and firmer seat and is NOT comfortable. My husband and I cannot sit in it with our feet on the floor. This also isn't a zero clearance - it's about 8 inches from the wall and won't recline all the way. Had to cut apart the box to get it into the house. Either this is not made from the same materials or Ashley has awful quality control. Returning ASAP. Read more

Delivery went very well. Was brought right into living room. Assembly easy with help from YouTube video. Looks like good value. Only negative so far, after10 days since delivery, sofa already has lots of creaks (particularly on one side) and I am not a heavy person. So hopefully with times, it does not get worse... Read more

I received the sofa and found it was very easy for two people to put together. I had read all about this reclining sofa which mainly had positive reviews. I love the color and the firmness. I have a very small living room, but it seems to be made for my living room. I love how you can adjust the head/neck feature. It makes everything so comfortable. I love my new couch! I purchased the set up by Amazon deliver men and I was so impressed with their friendly and professional attitude! They had to bring the couch up a steep hill to my back deck where they removed it from the carton and built the couch in my living room. Once it was assembled, they tested out the power recliner ( both sides) to ensure it worked successfully. They removed all the cartons and trash too. I gave them a little extra cash tip for dealing with my hill and steps (life with a house on the hill) and I am so pleased with how smooth everything went. We haven't used any other seat or couch in the house since getting this amazing recliner. Without going through all the features, all of which work perfectly as described, let me tell you what really sets this piece apart -- the wide seats.
